The Medical Information Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the operational management of specific programs to ensure that client goals and objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities- Manage assigned support staff to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Handle routine and escalated phone calls, providing exceptional client contact experience.
- Ensure production and quality expectations are met per program requirements.
- Conduct internal monitoring sessions and provide coaching as needed.
- Monitor daily productivity reports and ensure timely delivery of statistical project reports.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff.
- Manage payroll issues and foster a participative work environment.
- Recognize problems and propose solutions, following through with implementation.
- Perform in a mature and professional manner, leading by example.
- Telemarketing management experience required.
- Bilingual capability in Czech and Polish (C1/C2) and English (B2+).
- Ability to converse to a high standard (both verbally and in writing).
- Experience providing medical information and customer service to healthcare professionals over the phone strongly preferred.
- 23 days paid holiday per annum.
- EUR 1.50 a day WFH allowance.
- 100% WFH/Remote.
