Indirect Activation Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will lead and drive efficient and effective relationships with Wholesaler or Distributor customers to achieve business targets. Your mission will be to increase Diageo Distribution Coverage and Diageo Brands Rotation through brilliant activation at the Point of Purchase.
You will work closely with our Hybrid Sales Executives team to ensure we achieve our objectives. To achieve our ambition, it is crucial to ensure our brands are activated admirably at scale beyond our RTC.
Strategic customers development requires brilliant definition and implementation of Indirect activation platforms that will make the difference to boost our joint business.
You will lead end-to-end this activation project, defining prioritization based on contribution/potential, hybrid capability profile, and understanding customer requirements to match with Diageo propositions.
You will increase efficiency of the Hybrid management model, defining clear, simple, and scalable account/segment Plans for each of the sourcing target groups.
Develop our business with Strategic Customers with big capillarity and sales force teams, owning the creation and implementation of Indirect activation platforms to ensure Diageo brands are activated thoughtfully at scale.
To ensure brilliant execution, you will have to influence, engage, and lead a wide range of internal and external partners.
You will track and measure performance, drive brilliant execution, and continuously seek improvements adapting from the results.
Propose corrective measures and lead internal procedures to master order to cash and strategy to action.
About you: High energy and drive, results-orientation, trustful, good relationship-building skills, strong in brilliant execution within Customers, good negotiations skills and confirmed communication, strong numerical and analytical skills, proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), and proficient in Spanish and an intermediate level of English.
