At Diageo, we're seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our indirect activation strategy. As an Indirect Activation Lead, you will be responsible for driving efficient and effective relationships with our Wholesaler or Distributor customers to achieve business targets.

Focused on increasing Diageo Distribution Coverage and Diageo Brands Rotation, you will work closely with our Hybrid Sales Executives team to develop and implement commercial proposals, segmentation, and account/segment plans to foster Hybrid Sales.

We're looking for a results-oriented individual with strong negotiation and communication skills, proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and fluent in Spanish and English. If you have a high energy level, are agile, and can work effectively in a team, we'd love to hear from you.

This role requires a strong understanding of our On-trade RTM Strategy and the ability to influence, engage, and lead a wide range of internal and external partners. If you're passionate about building strategic relationships and driving business growth, we encourage you to apply.
