Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our Product Sales department at Facil. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for securing excellent service to existing customers and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse customer requests for quotation and work closely with our purchasing department to prepare and present offers to customers.
  • Act as a liaison between our supply base and internal departments to ensure maximum customer service.
  • Revision and negotiation of customer contracts with the Facil team.
  • Analyse the customer base to identify opportunities for growth and implement new customer projects.
  • Execute the operational plan as part of the global sales strategy and report status regularly.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/master's degree or equivalent by experience required.
  • 5 years of experience in sales in the automotive industry.
  • Technical interest is required, and mechanical or material knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven track record of building and maintaining relationships.
  • Proven history of personal initiative, efficiency, attention to detail, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Knowledge of ERP software, preferably SAP, and/or other industry-specific or custom software a plus.
