About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our Digital Media business team in Madrid. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales and account management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly sales targets and exceed business goals.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive growth and revenue.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales specialists, inside sales, solution consultants, and customer success managers, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business outcomes.
  4. Conduct market and competitor research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
  5. Develop and manage sales pipelines, ensuring consistent delivery of above-expectation results.
  6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethics, adhering to Adobe's values and principles.
Requirements
  1. Proven track record of successful enterprise business-to-business sales experience.
  2. Understanding of the end-to-end sales cycle management from prospecting to closing.
  3. Ability to build strong relationships with decision-makers at all levels of an organization, positioning Adobe's vision and strategy.
  4. Ability to build pipeline through individual prospecting, lead qualifying, and cross-selling/up-selling into our customer base.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate and motivate virtual teams.
  6. Highly motivated and professional, with a strong desire to operate as part of a team.
  7. Ability to challenge the status quo and drive innovation across the business with a strategic thinking approach.
