About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Account Manager to join our team at Dynatrace. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our largest and most complex customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer success and growth
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers to ensure successful adoption and deployment of Dynatrace products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance on cloud operations, digital transformation, and customer success strategies
  • Develop and deliver training programs to customers to enhance their skills and knowledge of Dynatrace products
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure customers are equipped with the latest knowledge and best practices
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a technical account management or customer success role
  • Proven track record of driving customer success and growth in a cloud-based environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud operations, digital transformation, and customer success strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Professional certification in a relevant field, such as cloud computing or customer success
