We offer an incredible opportunity for a talented B2B Microsoft Account Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a native German speaker with a strong business acumen and excellent communication skills, you will be responsible for supporting clients, identifying up-selling opportunities, and optimizing technical equipment and tools.

**About the Role**

  • You will provide exceptional support to clients through phone and email, answering their questions and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • By leveraging your negotiation skills and market knowledge, you will identify cross-selling opportunities for existing accounts, ensuring continued growth and revenue expansion.
  • You will maintain direct communication with management levels and collaborate closely with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

**Requirements**

  • You must have a native level of German and at least a B2 level of English.
  • A solid understanding of business principles and practices is essential.
  • You should possess excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • You are motivated, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality work results.

  • We offer a long-term fixed-term contract, renewable annually, with options for full-time or part-time work on rotating shifts (Mon-Fri, 7:30 AM - 5 PM).
