Your Role and Responsibilities

This role involves being an integral part of our team as a Field Marketing Manager for the German-speaking markets. You will play a key role in developing and executing integrated marketing programs, both online and offline events, and demand generation efforts for the DACH region.

  • You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand their goals and initiatives, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to build and execute localized campaigns and events for the DACH market, focusing on pipeline generation and account expansion for our regional sales team.
  • You will create, maintain, and track event calendars, project plans, and reports, communicating updates and results to relevant teams and management.
Your Key Deliverables
  • In your first 3 months, you will develop a strong understanding of the marketing and sales teams' goals and initiatives, and begin building localized campaigns and events for the DACH market.
  • You will own the development and execution of high-impact localized campaigns and events, working closely with stakeholders to achieve KPIs and drive pipeline generation and account expansion.
  • You will be responsible for creating and maintaining event calendars, project plans, and reports, and communicate updates and results to relevant teams and management.
Your Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in field marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Degree in marketing, corporate communications, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in event management, including organizing large-scale events like DMEXCO or eTail.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in using marketing analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Fluency in German and English, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation software, such as HubSpot, Qlik, and Salesforce, is a plus.
