Eco Plus Solutions AB is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in the German language to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing department, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing campaigns across Google's advertising platforms.

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated professional who can analyze market trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior in German-speaking regions. Your fluency in German will be essential for managing campaigns aimed at German-speaking markets.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with our team to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for campaign execution, market research, performance tracking, content coordination, client support, ad enhancement, and record keeping.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Previous experience with Google Ads or similar digital marketing platforms is highly desirable. Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads Manager and Google Analytics is also required.

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Execution: Support the planning, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and video ads.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior in German-speaking regions.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate campaign performance to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved and provide reports on campaign success and return on investment (ROI).
  • Content Coordination: Collaborate with content teams to ensure that advertisements, landing pages, and creative assets are aligned with campaign objectives and audience preferences.
  • Client Support: Assist account managers in communicating with clients, updating them on campaign progress, and addressing any concerns.
  • Ad Enhancement: Apply strategies to improve ad performance through techniques such as A/B testing, keyword adjustments, and bid management.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain thorough documentation of campaign performance, strategies, and insights for future reference.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German is required, with strong proficiency in both spoken and written communication.
  • Relevant Experience: Previous experience with Google Ads or similar digital marketing platforms is highly desirable.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and metrics with attention to detail, and a passion for data-driven results.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work well with team members and clients, both remotely and in-person.
  • Flexibility: Adaptable to working in a hybrid environment with the ability to manage responsibilities across different settings.
