Business Development Manager for German-Speaking Markets

As a Field Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline conversion for our German-speaking market in the DACH region.

We're seeking an experienced professional with a passion for sales-focused field marketing to join our team. Your success will be measured by your ability to build a solid pipeline while increasing regional opportunities in the DACH markets to drive sales velocity.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute high-impact localized campaigns and events for the DACH market, working closely with stakeholders to achieve KPIs and focus on pipeline generation and account expansion for our regional sales team.
  2. Become familiar with our translations review process and get onboarded with our translations agency.
  3. Create, maintain, and track event calendars, project plans, and reports, communicating updates and results to relevant teams and management.
  4. Build the plan, pipeline, and local brand in close cooperation with central marketing resources: corporate communications, marketing operations, marketing programs, digital/social, and design.
