Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and driven Junior Campaign Specialist fluent in German to help shape and execute impactful campaigns across Google's platforms. This hybrid role allows you to work remotely three days a week, while also providing the opportunity to engage with our team in our vibrant Barcelona office for two days each week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Assist in the creation, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and video formats.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and audience behaviors within German-speaking regions.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure KPIs are met and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Content Collaboration: Work with content creators to ensure that ad copy, landing pages, and creative materials align with campaign goals and target audience preferences.
- Client Communication: Support account managers in communicating with clients, providing updates, and addressing any campaign-related queries.
- Ad Optimization: Implement strategies for ongoing improvement of ad performance, including A/B testing, keyword adjustments, and bid management.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of campaign performance, strategies, and insights to contribute to future planning and execution.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Experience: Prior experience with Google Ads or similar digital marketing platforms is a significant advantage.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients, both remotely and on-site.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and managing tasks across different locations.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skills.
- Relocation Package: If you are relocating from abroad or another city, we offer a relocation package that includes two months of studio accommodation in Barcelona and flight tickets.
