In the vibrant city of Lisbon, you will find a multinational organization that has been recognized for its exceptional sales and customer service solutions. As a B2B Microsoft Account Management professional, you will be part of an international team with over 80 nationalities.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Providing top-notch support to clients through phone and email, addressing their questions and concerns regarding Microsoft products and services.
- Identifying and resolving technical issues, optimizing client equipment and tools, and suggesting opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Building strong relationships with clients at all levels, from account management to executive communication.
- Staying up-to-date on market trends and Microsoft's competitive advantages, leveraging this knowledge to drive business success.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A native level of German and at least a B2 level of English.
- Business acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for technology.
- Motivation, reliability, and a commitment to excellence in your work.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
We offer:
- A long-term fixed-term contract, renewable annually, with flexible working hours (full-time or part-time options on rotating shifts).
- A competitive salary of €1,470 gross per month, excluding accommodation (or €1,100 gross per month including free accommodation).
- Relocation assistance for international candidates, including reimbursement of initial flight expenses, airport pick-up, and yearly two-way flight tickets within the EU.
