Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Principal Data Science Manager to lead analytics efforts for the Partner Success team at Microsoft. This team is responsible for content acquisition and business development with media partners.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and visualization, with experience working with large datasets and driving business insights that inform decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the content team to understand business problems and develop data-driven solutions
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to inform business decisions
- Create key performance indicators (KPIs) and set goals for key teams to drive business success
- Develop and maintain self-service dashboards and reports for various stakeholders
- Provide comprehensive analysis of the current state of the product and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Doctorate in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong background in data analysis and visualization, with experience working with large datasets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
