Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of the CRM-Dynamics Servicing Module.
  • Platform Enablement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions on the CRM-Dynamics platform.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess deep knowledge of CRM-Dynamics platform functionality, customization options, and integration capabilities.
  • Solution Design: Work closely with stakeholders to analyse business processes, identify gaps, and design optimal solutions using the CRM-Dynamics Servicing Module and.NET development.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest CRM-Dynamics platform releases, updates, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in implementing CRM systems, with a focus on the CRM-Dynamics Servicing Module and.NET development.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM-Dynamics platform capabilities, including customization, workflows, business rules, and integration options.
  • Proficiency in.NET development, including C#, and related frameworks and technologies.
  • Familiar with event driven architecture patterns.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into scalable solutions using both CRM-Dynamics and.NET.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Relevant certifications in CRM-Dynamics,.NET development (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate, Microsoft Certified:.NET Developer) are preferred.
