Job Title: CRM Specialist
About the Role:
Placement International is seeking a skilled CRM Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for collaborating with various teams within the company to identify challenges, develop solutions, and streamline processes to enhance overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all CRM-related inquiries and support requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their unique challenges and requirements related to CRM usage.
• Analyze existing CRM processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and implement solutions to address CRM-related issues and enhance system functionality.
• Provide training and support to users to ensure effective utilization of the CRM platform.
• Monitor CRM data quality and integrity, implementing measures to maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in CRM technology to recommend innovative solutions.
• Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into CRM performance and usage metrics.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fluent level of English.
• 1-2 years of proven experience working with CRM systems, with expertise in HubSpot preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into CRM solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in project management and process improvement initiatives is a plus.
• Familiarity with other CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, Jira, or Microsoft Dynamics is desirable.
• HubSpot certification or relevant CRM certifications are advantageous.
• Expertise with HubSpot or any similar CRM tool is required.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and excitement around shaping our product thinking.
• Experience working with Agile Scrum workflow. Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
