About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Crm Specialist to join our dynamic team at Cocunat. As a key member of our Marketing department, you will play a crucial role in defining channel strategy, collaborating with our Segmentation Specialist, and implementing A/B testing activities to improve performance effectiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate in the definition of channel strategy, final target audience, and campaign personalisation criteria with input from the Segmentation Specialist.
  • Support and participate in the activities developed by the Marketing department, including CRM, Design coordination, campaigns launches, and content management.
  • Implement and measure A/B testing activities to improve performance effectiveness and refresh best practices.
  • Develop special interest topics and further development projects for the CRM team, bringing best practice and innovative approaches to campaigning.
Requirements
  • Min. 1 year of experience in lifecycle marketing, product, or a similar field (preferably in an e-commerce industry).
  • Knowledge of Shopify and Klaviyo is a plus.
  • Data driven approach.
  • Strong project & programme management ability.
  • Effective communication (upwards and downwards) and ability to collaborate across different functions and levels of the organisation.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
