Job Title: EMEA Market CRM Campaign Specialist

Scaleneworks EU is seeking a highly skilled EMEA Market CRM Campaign Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our International Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team, you will be responsible for delivering day-to-day email and call center campaigns with a customer-first approach across the EMEA Market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end email and contact centre campaigns across several markets in EMEA.
  • Provide weekly campaign reporting and assist the CRM Lead in developing quarterly and annual strategy planning.
  • Collaborate with the design team to source images and ensure creative assets meet industry best practices and campaign requirements.
  • Design and implement a robust test and learn strategy to gain valuable customer insights and drive channel development.
  • Liaise with the store team to ensure all campaigns align with commercial objectives.
  • Compile content for ad-hoc communications and identify new innovations for the channel.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of CRM marketing experience.
  • Knowledge of direct/data-driven marketing theory and practice, with experience in testing, segmentation, and targeting, campaign management, and campaign analysis.
  • Understanding of CRM KPIs, data, databases, and GDPR.
  • An analytical mind and ability to analyze and interpret data to inform future activity.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics to derive insights on campaign success.
  • Highly organized and agile, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills, with additional languages a benefit.
