About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Crm Campaign Strategist to join our team at Cocunat. As a key member of our Marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing CRM strategies across multiple European markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive customer engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with the Segmentation Specialist to define channel strategy, target audience, and campaign personalization criteria
  • Oversee campaign strategy across all channels, with a focus on personalization and relevance
  • Support the Marketing department in activities such as CRM, design coordination, and campaign launches
  • Develop and implement A/B testing activities to improve campaign performance and effectiveness
  • Identify and develop special interest topics and further development projects for the CRM team
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, product, or a similar field
  • Knowledge of Shopify and Klaviyo is a plus
  • Data-driven approach to campaign analysis, testing, and roadmap development
  • Experience owning, implementing, and managing customer lifecycles
  • Strong project and programme management ability
  • Content management and campaign copy experience
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
