- Channel Strategy: Collaborate with the Segmentation Specialist to define channel strategy, target audience, and campaign personalization criteria.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the development and execution of campaigns across multiple channels, including email, push, inbox, SMS, and WhatsApp, with a focus on personalization.
- Marketing Support: Support and participate in marketing activities, including CRM, design coordination, and campaign launches.
- Customer Insights: Discover, ideate, and build communications across the customer lifecycle to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, and customer lifetime value.
- A/B Testing: Implement and measure A/B testing activities to improve campaign performance and refresh best practices.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the CRM team to develop special interest topics and further development projects, bringing best practices and innovative approaches to campaigning.
- Content Management: Support content management to adapt the way we communicate with our customers.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, product, or a similar field, preferably in an e-commerce industry.
- Skills: Data-driven approach to campaign analysis, testing, and roadmap development; experience owning, implementing, and managing customer lifecycles; strong project and programme management ability; content management and campaign copy experience; effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Language: Fluent in English and Spanish.
