Content Strategist Role at Semrush

We are seeking a skilled Content Strategist to join our team at Semrush, a leading online visibility management SaaS platform. As a Content Strategist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing a content marketing strategy that aligns with our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create campaign strategy, messaging, and concepts that match our brand's customer personas
  • Develop customer journey maps and outline content assets for each marketing campaign
  • Manage content creation for the marketing funnel and support team projects
  • Collaborate with campaign managers and channel owners for smooth coordination and campaign execution
  • Audit existing content and analyze competitors' tactics to identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor key metrics and analyze content performance
  • Utilize AI tools to create, perfect, automate, and optimize content for various digital platforms
Requirements:
  • Experience in managing content and developing strategies across multiple marketing channels
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for content creation and optimization
  • Strong understanding of AI prompting engineering to achieve consistent content output
  • Able to manage and deliver several projects in parallel
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Significant SEO knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
