About the Role

Criteo is seeking a highly skilled Digital Campaign Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and execution of digital advertising campaigns across our group of brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute campaign strategies to meet and exceed client objectives
  • Work closely with stakeholders to plan, execute, and report on campaign performance
  • Monitor and analyze campaign data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement campaign recommendations
  • Provide operational, efficient, and accurate campaign delivery recommendations
  • Lead on first-level client response for reporting and short-term optimizations
  • Monitor performance, often on 3rd party attribution, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign budgets, targeting, tactics, and creative
  • Offer strategic recommendations to drive revenue and product expansion
  • Technical implementation of ad campaigns with clients' KPIs in mind
  • Inventory management and custom reporting for clients
  • Lead execution on new campaign launches
  • Proactively evaluate, analyze, and troubleshoot campaigns, anticipate main seasonality trends, identify and follow up on any ongoing issues
  • Ability to take insights from various data sources to inform campaign recommendations and contribute to whole strategy
Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Italian (Spanish is a plus)
  • Ability to build strategies and action plans with both a '1 to many' and '1 to 1' approach
  • Ability to work with different stakeholders (internally and externally)
  • Great understanding of clients' and team's needs
  • Strong influencing skills required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Project management skills as it will require a lot of coordination
  • Always looking at creative ways to get to our objectives and beyond
  • You are a force for bringing proposals forward
  • You show proactivity in your approach
