Job Title: German Digital Campaign Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated German Digital Campaign Strategist to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a specialist advisor for German companies, you will be responsible for optimizing online advertising campaigns and collaborating closely with clients to enhance their digital marketing efforts.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday) with a permanent contract and competitive salary and performance-based bonuses. You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid working model available in Barcelona and enjoy a comprehensive relocation package, including flight ticket and accommodation support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective online advertising campaigns for German clients
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their digital marketing goals and objectives
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
Requirements:
  • Native-level proficiency in German
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital advertising and PPC campaigns
  • 6 months to 1 year of outbound sales experience, preferably in B2B environments
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
  • Passion for marketing, technology, and digital innovation
