Job Title: Sr. Digital Acquisition Strategist

At ServiceNow, we're transforming the way organizations work. As a Sr. Digital Acquisition Strategist, you'll play a key role in driving our digital growth and expansion.

About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned digital marketing professional to join our fast-paced Digital Acquisitions Strategy and Operations team (DASO). As a Sr. Digital Acquisition Strategist, you'll be responsible for developing and executing digital acquisition strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital acquisition strategies that align with business objectives
  • Work closely with field marketing teams to understand business needs and develop targeted media plans
  • Collaborate with regional digital teams to execute integrated digital programs
  • Evaluate opportunities for upsell to customers and develop strategies to drive digital leads
  • Partner with external partners to ensure successful campaign launches
  • Develop and deliver regular health reports and QBRs for stakeholders
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of digital marketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in B2B
  • Expertise in digital advertising landscape and related technologies
  • Experience running large-scale programs and complex client relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
