About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Acquisition Growth Strategist to join our team at Does Recruitment. As a key member of our growth marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative acquisition strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-driven acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-value customers.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Data Lead and other key stakeholders to align growth hacking initiatives with business objectives.
  • Establish and optimize acquisition channels and campaigns, ensuring they are scalable and effective.
  • Utilize advanced analytics and experimentation to drive decision-making and achieve aggressive growth targets.
  • Identify and implement best practices in acquisition marketing to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Regularly report on performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet business goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Growth Hacker or similar role, with a strong track record in acquisition marketing.
  • Deep understanding of data-driven marketing strategies and tools.
  • Proficiency in using analytics platforms and growth hacking tools.
  • Reforge Growth course certifications or similar advanced growth training preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
