About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Manager to join our team at Go Electra. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies to increase our user base, boost engagement, and maximize conversion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Paid Acquisition: Develop and implement the overall strategy for paid acquisition of our app, including designing, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns on various platforms.
  • SEO: Define the SEO strategy to improve our positioning on Google and Google Maps, focusing on content, technical, and link building aspects.
  • Data and Analysis: Implement necessary tracking tools to monitor marketing channel performance and produce reports on campaign success.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in user acquisition, growth marketing performance
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Retargeting, Affiliate, CRO, and SEO
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt strategies based on market trends and analytical insights
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with different teams and stakeholders
  • Required experience with SQL, Looker, Adjust, GA4 GTM, Excel, and Scrapping
