The Challenge

We are looking for a skilled Growth Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a Growth Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for detecting growth opportunities, analyzing the whole customer journey, and collaborating with Analytics and Research Teams to detect opportunities and pain points with quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic plans based on data, key business insights, and main pain points to revolve, to ensure a sustainable growth for Sin Nombre.
  • Coordinate action plan across all marketing areas to make things happen, align with Marketing Analytics team to follow performance of all our actions, and provide inputs to the whole international team based on understanding the customer and market demands.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a top consultancy company.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Great abilities in designing and/or planning integrated marketing plans.
  • Ability to clearly and consistently articulate vision, creativity, and enthusiasm to stakeholders.
  • Proven capability of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Spanish and Italian knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good coordination skills.
