Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies to increase our user base, boost engagement, and maximize conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Paid Acquisition: Develop and execute a comprehensive paid acquisition strategy to drive app downloads and revenue growth. This will involve designing, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Maps. You will work closely with our creative studio to iterate on content and adjust budgets to maximize ROI.
  2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Define and execute an SEO strategy to improve our visibility on Google and Google Maps. This will involve coordinating with our internal resources and/or an agency to develop and implement a content, technical, and link-building strategy. You will build tracking dashboards and analyze performance to ensure optimal results.
  3. Data Analysis and Reporting: Implement tracking tools to monitor the performance of marketing channels and produce regular reports on campaign performance and acquisition funnels. You will also manage customer knowledge and segmentation data, including LTV analysis.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in user acquisition and growth marketing
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Retargeting, Affiliate, CRO, and SEO
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with different teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in SQL, Looker, Adjust, GA4 GTM, Excel, and Scrapping
