SEM Growth Strategist Job Description

At Merlin Digital Partner, we're on a mission to revolutionize companies by seamlessly integrating top-tier talent. We're currently looking for a self-motivated SEM Growth Strategist to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

As a SEM Growth Strategist, you'll be an active part of our Marketing team, focused on developing strategies to optimize one of our projects' visibility and increase the accessibility of websites and apps. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of campaign managers
  • Providing overall customer support
  • Organizing and training the team
  • Communicating with VIP customers via phone, email, and video calls
  • Optimizing existing accounts and implementing SEM best practices
  • Setting up regular reporting and strategy calls with customers
About You

We're looking for a techy profile with a good understanding of ecommerce technical concepts, including tracking solutions, Google Tag Manager, and website scripts. You'll need to be proficient in English (secondary language a big plus – French and/or Spanish) and have exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills. Experience in hospitality is a big plus, and experience running Google Ads and Facebook campaigns is a must.
