About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Growth Strategist to lead our organic acquisition efforts in Spain. As an Inbound Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for driving massive growth in website traffic, lead acquisition, and revenue through strategic SEO actions and content promotion tactics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website technical analysis, performance, and audit.
  • Create and optimize content to attract a high volume of visitors and drive organic revenue growth.
  • Manage campaign ROIs and brand KPIs while overseeing the media budget and resource allocation.
  • Lead the Spanish inbound marketing team and external suppliers to achieve market goals.
Requirements
  • Native Spanish speaker & fluent in English.
  • Previous experience as an Inbound Marketing Manager, Demand Generation Manager, or similar role for at least 5 years in a growing company.
  • Strong track record of achievement, CRM and customer journey management, drive, tenacity, and results-oriented.
