About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales Strategist to lead our digital sales efforts and drive growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in growth marketing, digital sales, and performance marketing, with experience in Martech tools and platforms, CRM, marketing automation, and CDP systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive acquisition strategies to drive growth
  • Lead CRM and marketing automation initiatives to enhance customer engagement and retention
  • Oversee Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) projects to maximize digital sales performance
  • Manage and optimize audience strategy using our Customer Data Platform (CDP)
  • Collaborate on digital analytics projects to gain insights and improve marketing performance
  • Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources

Requirements
  • Proven experience in growth marketing, digital sales, and performance marketing
  • Strong knowledge of Martech tools and platforms
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and CDP systems
  • Familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and digital analytics
  • Agile methodology experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
