Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at TOPTALENT. As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative marketing strategies to improve our client companies and agency relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement performance-enhancing marketing strategies to improve client relationships and drive business growth.
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to businesses and agencies on how to get the best return on investment (ROI) from their advertising efforts.
  • Deliver outstanding customer sales experience and consistently meet assigned sales quotas.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent level of Dutch language proficiency (C2).
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically.
  • At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably in building and optimizing PPC campaigns.
  • Minimum 0-1 year of experience in sales.
  • Knowledge of Google products such as Ads, AdSense, or YouTube.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Passionate about marketing, technology, and online advertising, with a desire to learn and develop.
