Role Overview

In this role, you will be accountable for the delivery of day-to-day marketing campaigns with a customer-centric approach across the EMEA Market. Reporting to the CRM Market Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating and applying an end-to-end planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies.

You will be a part of the broader International Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team, which is responsible for customer acquisition and retention strategy while identifying ways to improve the channel's customer base value. This team is also a key part of the Digital Direct organization tasked with building stronger, more meaningful relationships directly with our customers and prospects.

Mission

Grow the performance of the HP contactable base by supporting a customer-centric approach and optimizing the operational process to consistently improve the channel within each Market.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across several markets in EMEA.
  2. Provide weekly campaign reporting and analysis.
  3. Assist CRM Lead in the development of quarterly and annual marketing strategy planning.
  4. Collaborate with the Design Team to source images and ensure creative follows industry best practices and fits the requirements of the brief.
  5. Develop a robust test and learn strategy to gain vital customer insights that enable the channel to continually develop and evolve.
  6. Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure all campaigns align with business objectives.
  7. Compile content for ad-hoc communications.
  8. Identify and implement new innovations for the channel.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Minimum 2 years CRM marketing experience.
  2. Knowledge of direct/data-driven marketing theory and practice with demonstrable experience of testing, segmentation, targeting, campaign management, and campaign analysis.
  3. Understanding of CRM KPIs, data, databases, and GDPR.
  4. An analytical mind and comfortable analyzing and interrogating data with the ability to derive insight and action for future activity.
  5. Knowledge of Google Analytics to derive insight on the success of campaigns.
  6. Highly organized and agile with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.
  7. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  8. Strong English written and verbal communication skills (additional languages a benefit, but not necessary).
  9. Confident in your own ability and able to direct and critique design and copywriting within marketing contexts.
  10. Experience writing campaign briefs and working directly with agencies to fulfill the end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns.
  11. Experience working with project management tools such as JIRA and campaign management tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
