Join Our Team as a Retention Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Retention Marketing Specialist to join our team at Cocunat. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing CRM strategies across multiple European markets.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive customer retention and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Segmentation Specialist to define channel strategy, target audience, and campaign personalization criteria.
  • Oversee campaign strategy across all channels, including email, push, inbox, SMS, and WhatsApp, with a focus on personalization.
  • Support and participate in marketing activities, including CRM, design coordination, and campaign launches.
  • Discover and develop communications across the customer lifecycle to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, and CLV.
  • Implement and measure A/B testing activities to improve performance effectiveness and refresh best practices.
  • Develop special interest topics and further development projects for the CRM team, bringing best practices and innovative approaches to campaigning.
Your Profile:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, product, or a similar field, preferably in an e-commerce industry.
  • Knowledge of Shopify and Klaviyo is a plus.
  • Data-driven approach to campaign analysis, testing, and roadmap development.
  • Experience owning, implementing, and managing customer lifecycles from acquisition to reactivation.
  • Strong project and programme management ability.
  • Content management and campaign copy experience.
  • Effective communication and ability to collaborate across different functions and levels of the organization.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
