Campaign Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Strategist to join our team at Omega CRM Consulting. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing automation strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze customer data to define segmentation and personalize audiences for email marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate the workflow of marketing channels, including email, SMS, and push notifications, to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
- Design and execute A/B tests to optimize campaign performance and improve user behavior.
- Utilize automation to provide continuous communication with customers through retention, upselling, and cross-selling campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a strong CRM strategy aligned with local and global priorities.
- Measure and analyze data to inform marketing decisions and drive business impact.
- Proven experience in marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Advanced level of English, with proficiency in another language a plus.
