Job Title: EMEA Market CRM Campaign Specialist

Location: Remote

Contract Duration: 6+ months with possible extension

Hybrid: Yes – flexible work arrangement

Number of Positions: 3

Role Overview:

In this role, you will be accountable for the delivery of day-to-day marketing campaigns with a customer-centric approach across the EMEA Market. Reporting to the CRM Market Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating and applying an end-to-end planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across several markets in EMEA.
  • Provide weekly campaign reporting and analysis.
  • Assist the CRM Lead in the development of quarterly and annual marketing strategy planning.
  • Collaborate with the design team to source images and ensure creative assets meet industry best practices and campaign requirements.
  • Develop a robust test and learn strategy to gain vital customer insights and drive campaign optimization.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with business objectives.
  • Compile content for ad-hoc communications and identify opportunities for innovation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM marketing.
  • Knowledge of direct/data-driven marketing theory and practice, with demonstrable experience in testing, segmentation, targeting, campaign management, and campaign analysis.
  • Understanding of CRM KPIs, data, databases, and GDPR.
  • Analytical mind with ability to analyze and interpret data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics to derive insights on campaign success.
  • Highly organized and agile with ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills (additional languages a benefit, but not necessary).
