EMEA CRM Campaign Coordinator

In this position, you will take charge of executing daily email and call center campaigns with a focus on customer satisfaction across the EMEA region. Reporting to the CRM Market Lead, your responsibilities will include coordinating and implementing comprehensive planning, development, and execution processes.

You will be integrated into the wider International Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team, which focuses on strategies for customer acquisition and retention while seeking opportunities to enhance the value of the customer base. This team plays a crucial role within the Digital Direct organization, dedicated to fostering stronger, more meaningful connections with our customers and prospects.

Objective: Enhance the performance of the HP contactable base by adopting a customer-centric approach and optimizing operational processes to continuously improve the channel within each market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of Email and Contact Centre Campaigns from briefing to execution across various EMEA markets.
  • Prepare weekly campaign performance reports.
  • Support the CRM Lead in the formulation of Quarterly and Annual Strategic Plans.
  • Collaborate with the Design Team to source visuals and ensure creative outputs adhere to industry standards and meet brief requirements.
  • Establish a comprehensive Test & Learn strategy to gather essential customer insights that facilitate ongoing channel development.
  • Coordinate with the Store Team to ensure all campaigns align with commercial objectives.
  • Compile content for ad-hoc communications.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions for the channel.

Essential Skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience in CRM Marketing.
  • Proficient understanding of direct/data-driven marketing principles, with proven experience in testing, segmentation, targeting, campaign management, and analysis.
  • Familiarity with CRM KPIs, data management, databases, and GDPR compliance.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for future initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics to assess campaign success.
  • Highly organized and adaptable, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal (additional languages are a plus but not required).
  • Confident in directing and critiquing design and copy within Direct Marketing and Brand contexts.
  • Experience in drafting campaign briefs and collaborating with agencies for the end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and campaign management platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Experience in a retail or e-commerce environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
