Job Title: Project Manager CRM Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager CRM Specialist to join our team at North Search. As a Project Manager CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating CRM implementation projects, developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
    • Oversee and coordinate CRM implementation projects.
    • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
    • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Client Consultation:
    • Provide expert advice and guidance on CRM best practices and capabilities.
    • Understand client requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and stakeholders leading a team of more than 10 consultants.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration across all project participants.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure the CRM solutions meet client expectations and quality standards.
    • Conduct regular reviews and testing to maintain high-quality deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on CRM implementations.
    • Proven experience in implementation projects is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge and Skills:
    • Strong understanding of CRM platform and its capabilities.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
