About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Project Manager to join our team at DDB, a leading advertising agency. As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating CRM projects and communicating effectively with clients and providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and providers for CRM projects.
  • Negotiate budgets and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and providers.
  • Develop and implement relationship marketing initiatives to reinforce customer relationships.
  • Recommend technical improvements to enhance website visitor understanding.
  • Plan and coordinate project production needs.
  • Manage production assets and ensure timely delivery.
  • Analyze and report on loyalty campaign success.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital technology trends.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in an advertising agency.
  • Proven experience in digital campaign and loyalty project management.
  • Proficiency in office software and project management tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective organizational and communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
