About the Role

As a Digital Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the technical and operational aspects of our electronic clinical outcomes assessments (eCOA) and digital enablement (DE) projects. You'll work closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution and deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the technical and operational aspects of digital projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify and evaluate project issues, develop solutions, and implement changes
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet customer expectations, including accurate hour forecasts and timely invoicing
  • Coordinate activities across functional departments and external vendors to ensure project success
