Job Title: CRM Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Administrator to join our team at Omega CRM Consulting. As a CRM Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the implementation, configuration, and administration of Salesforce and Veeva Align platforms within our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Implementation and Configuration: You will be responsible for the initial configuration of Salesforce and Veeva Align, ensuring alignment with specific organizational requirements. This includes creating custom fields, workflows, validation rules, and user profiles.
  • Administration and Maintenance: You will be responsible for regularly maintaining and updating Salesforce and Veeva Align platforms. This involves user management, troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing performance, and applying updates and patches.
  • Support and Training: You will be the primary point of contact for Salesforce and Veeva Align users within our organization. You will provide technical support and training to users, resolve issues, and respond to inquiries related to platform functionality and usage.
  • Continuous Improvement: You will work closely with internal teams to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to optimize business processes through Salesforce and Veeva Align configuration and customization. You will participate in planning and implementing new features and enhancements.
  • Data Management: You will be responsible for the integrity and accuracy of data stored in Salesforce and Veeva Align. You will oversee and execute data loading processes, ensuring that the data is clean and complete.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Salesforce and/or Veeva Align administration.
  • Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer management-related business processes.
  • Technical skills for Salesforce and Veeva Align configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to provide support and training to users.
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and optimize systems.
  • Experience in SQL.
  • Experience in data loading.
  • Fluent in English.
