The Role

The Salesforce Administrator is a key member of our Revenue team, responsible for the day-to-day administration of Salesforce, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce and its features, as well as experience in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Configure and Customize Salesforce: Set up and manage user profiles, permissions, and data to meet the needs of the Revenue organization.
  2. Develop and Implement User Training: Create and deliver training materials, as well as provide one-on-one support to users.
  3. Troubleshoot Salesforce Issues: Identify and resolve problems with Salesforce data, functionality, and performance.
  4. Monitor and Maintain Salesforce Performance: Track usage metrics, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with Data, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Revenue on projects related to Salesforce.
  6. Stay Up-to-Date on Salesforce Features: Attend training sessions, read industry publications, and participate in online forums.
Requirements
  1. Experience in Salesforce administration.
  2. Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  3. Strong understanding of Salesforce features and functionality.
  4. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
