About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our Commercial Operations team at Kantox Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving current internal processes that aim at increasing sales and channel partner effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, data maintenance, and security management.
  • Support the Salesforce team in configuring and maintaining advanced flows, validation rules, email templates, and other process automation.
  • Collaborate with departments to gather requirements and provide Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
  • Assist in data migration, report generation, and dashboard creation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic Salesforce issues for end users.
  • Participate in Salesforce projects, contributing to enhancements and system optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is preferred.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce platform capabilities (standard objects, data model, user management, Salesforce security, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and improve.
