Fintech KYC Systems Administrator

Ebury is a leading FinTech company that offers a range of innovative financial solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled KYC Systems Administrator to join our team in Madrid.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement Ebury's CLM Solutions to ensure robust and compliant applications.
- Contribute to the development of Anti-Money Laundering, Customer Risk Rating, IDV, and Ongoing Due Diligence processes.
- Collaborate with the Product Team to validate functional configuration changes and support acceptance testing.
- Adhere to internal governance processes and ensure compliance with standard processes.
- Strong business analysis skills and experience in eliciting and analyzing business requirements.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate issues as required.
- Good attention to detail, organized, and results-oriented.
- Proficient analytical and solutioning skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player mentality.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or similar related qualification.
- Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Financial or Banking Services, with experience in CRM or CLM platforms a plus.
