Job Title: IT Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our team at Grifols Sa. As a key member of our IT Infrastructures area, you will be responsible for managing large infrastructures, with a strong focus on Linux/Unix and Virtualization technologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of Linux/Unix services and technical expertise.
  • Provide technical guidance and support for managed services and act as the last technical escalation point.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager and Project Leader to define and implement the technical roadmap.
  • Continuously assess and optimize the global infrastructure to improve its performance.
  • Participate in project analysis, design, and implementation.
  • Develop and maintain best practices, guidelines, and standards.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues, focusing on collaboration and achieving common goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle stress in a large company environment.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to collaborate, and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • High level of spoken and written English.
Desired Skills:
  • Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL).
  • Proven experience as an IT Engineer or Architect.
  • In-depth knowledge of Linux/Unix technologies and infrastructure best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of Networks, Security, Storage, and Backup systems.
