About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator to join our Performance and Transformation Team at Gfi. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and monitoring of our IT systems in office and production networks.

Key Responsibilities
  1. IT System Management: Ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems, including network infrastructure, servers, and workstations.
  2. Incident Support: Provide timely and effective support to users experiencing issues with our IT infrastructure.
  3. Analysis and Diagnostics: Conduct thorough analysis and diagnostics to identify and resolve system issues.
  4. Vulnerability Management: Implement and maintain robust vulnerability management practices to ensure the security of our systems.
  5. Script Development: Develop and maintain scripts to automate and monitor Windows and Linux systems.
  6. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory of our IT assets.
  7. Backup and Recovery: Ensure the implementation and maintenance of effective backup and recovery procedures.
  8. Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports and analytics on system performance and security.
  9. IT Project Participation: Collaborate with the team on various IT projects, including local and remote initiatives.
  10. IT Solution Design: Assist in the design of local IT solutions that align with company standards.
  11. Security Audit Support: Provide support during security audits, including the PCI-CP security audit.

Requirements
  1. IT Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on Windows Server and network infrastructure.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server administration, Linux, networking, security, and database management.
  3. Hardware Knowledge: Familiarity with hardware components, including servers, routers, switches, and controller cards.
