Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office inventory, groceries, and supplies
  • Assist employees with office-related requests and issues
  • Prepare and track purchase orders and invoices
  • Coordinate domestic and international logistics
  • Collaborate with various departments within the organization
Requirements:
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • At least 2 years' experience in purchasing administration and logistics
  • Proficient MS Excel skills and familiarity with Priority system
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
