Fitch Ratings Administrator Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Administrator to join our team at Fitch Ratings in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our Business and Relationship Management (BRM) department, you will provide administrative support to senior stakeholders, focusing on activities such as coordinating meetings, managing diaries, and arranging travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to senior stakeholders, including coordinating meetings, managing diaries, and arranging travel.
  • Support the FI BRM Global Heads and FI BRM Senior Management with tasks such as setting up video conferences, coordinating travel, and managing client interactions.
  • Maintain and update the Salesforce CRM system, including meeting notes, activities, and contacts.
  • Manage the Share Point drive and databases for the FI BRM team globally.
  • Prepare expense claims using Concur.
  • Liaise with Accounts and Operations teams as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience working as an administrator to senior stakeholders in a business, finance, or economics environment.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of market data and CRM systems, preferably with experience in Salesforce and Concur.
  • Excellent English language verbal and written communication skills.
