Your expertise in Microsoft Windows Server and terminal server environments, including Active Directory, GPO Management, will be invaluable in ensuring the smooth operation of our applications. Additionally, your scripting skills in Powershell, Ansible, or Python will enable you to identify and provide recommendations to resolve application execution/distribution issues. If you have a strong background in Agile methodologies and ITIL Processes, and are proficient in reporting tools such as Tableau/PowerBI, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 3rd level support to integrate and troubleshoot applications in different environments and technologies.
  • Communicate and work together with different IT areas and the business.
  • Provide reporting on different data related to application delivery service.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in IT engineering or equivalent.
