Job Title: Client Administrator Scandinavia

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Administrator to join our Operations team in Scandinavia. As a Client Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of radiological examinations from client hospitals, managing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with hospital staff to discuss incoming cases and ensure data is complete.
  • Handle calls between hospital staff and TMC radiologists to facilitate communication.
  • Manage statistics, provide support with audits, and deal with cases (data entry and preparation of cases, distribution of radiology reports).
  • Control cases in the system to ensure they are processed within turnaround times.
Requirements:
  • Native level of Swedish and/or Danish, and fluency in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a good sense of humor and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to multitask and juggle overlapping priorities.
  • Experience with office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a requirement.
