Client Administrator Scandinavia Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Administrator to join our Operations team in Scandinavia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of radiological examinations and providing exceptional customer care to our hospital partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with hospital staff to discuss incoming cases and ensure data is complete.
- Manage statistics, provide support with audits, and deal with cases (data entry and preparation of cases, distribution of radiology reports).
- Control cases in the system to ensure they are processed within turnaround times.
Requirements:
- Native level of Swedish and/or Danish, and fluency in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a good sense of humour and a strong work ethic.
- Experience with office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a requirement.
